Lisa has enjoyed working in the entertainment industry for many years both as a performer and Booking Agent. After finishing her schooling, Lisa began working for Essential Talent first as a receptionist working her way up to Talent Agent. During this time she has seen the Agency grow from a small business to now being a leading international Entertainment Agency.

Amber a member of the Laidlaw family is third generation to work in the office. Leaving school to join her Grandmother and uncle at the agency she began working at reception and has moved onto Assistant Booker. Amber also a performer is a product of the Essential Talent Performance Academy.
